Dr. Iman Nasr is a Consultant Immunologist and Allergist at the Royal Hospital and Head of the Adult Immunology and Allergy Unit. She completed fellowship training in Immunology and Allergy at the Royal London Hospital in the United Kingdom in 2013 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
Dr. Nasr has held a leadership role in the Oman Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology as Vice President since 2022. She is also a co-founder of the Gulf Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and serves as Chairperson of its Drug Allergy Task Force.
Under her leadership, her unit has gained international recognition through the Global Asthma and Allergy European Network as a Centre of Excellence in Urticaria (UCARE), a Centre of Excellence in Angioedema (ACARE), and a Centre of Excellence in Anaphylaxis and Food Allergy (ANACARE). She is a member of several international professional societies and is a recognized speaker at local, regional and international conferences, with publications in immunology and allergy.
