Hana Al Alshaykh

Dr. Hana Al Alshaykh is a Clinical Pharmacogenomics Specialist and Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed postgraduate year-one residency training at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
She continued her specialist training through a Clinical Pharmacogenomics PGY2 residency at the University of Florida, developing focused expertise in the implementation of pharmacogenomics services in clinical practice. Her work centers on developing and integrating pharmacogenomics services from the ground up and supporting the translation of precision medicine into routine patient care.
Currently, Dr. Al Alshaykh works as a pharmacogenomics implementation lead in collaboration with the Pharmaceutical Care Division and Center for Genomics Medicine. She combines clinical implementation with research and teaching and is committed to advancing precision medicine and pharmacogenomics across the Middle East.
