Dr. Sharifa Amur Hamed Al Jabri is a pharmaceutical scientist and senior Ministry of Health leader with extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality, quality assurance, safety management, licensing, and regulatory activities. She has worked at the Drug Safety Center since 2000, progressing through roles in pharmaceutical analysis, the physio-chemical laboratory, quality assurance, and quality and safety management, and currently serves as Director of the Pharmaceutical Licensing Department. She holds a PhD in Natural and Herbal Product Analysis from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor in Pharmacy from Applied Science University. Her experience includes pharmaceutical analysis using UV, NMR, HPLC, GC and MS, GMP, registration dossier assessment, pharmacovigilance, laboratory quality, and regulatory committees.
