Heba Mohamed

Prof. Heba Mohamed is a Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University, with extensive experience in higher education, curriculum development and quality assurance across the UAE and the wider MENA region. She has held several academic leadership roles and contributed to national and international accreditation initiatives, as well as pharmacist capacity-building and upskilling programs.
Recognized among the world’s top 2% of scientists by Stanford and Elsevier, her work focuses on pharmaceutical sciences, bioanalysis, pharmacogenomics, and the integration of artificial intelligence and digital health into pharmacy education and practice.
Prof. Heba has led global collaboration and student mobility programs with leading universities to enhance experiential learning and international exposure for pharmacy students. She is an active member of the FIP Technology Advisory Group, the ISPOR-UAE Chapter Education and Training Committee, and a senior collaborator with the Global Burden of Disease program at IHME. Her professional focus includes preparing future-ready pharmacists through continuous development, ethical practice and adaptability in digital healthcare.
