Dr. Salim Said Al Qassabi is a Senior Consultant and Head of the Endocrinology Section at Al Nahdha Hospital, Ministry of Health, Oman. He has extensive experience in internal medicine and endocrinology, with previous leadership responsibilities including Head of Internal Medicine at Al Nahdha Hospital and Chairperson of the Primary Medical Technical Committee for the Muscat Region. He completed postgraduate residency training at McGill University and Ottawa University, followed by an Endocrinology Fellowship at McGill University. He holds an MD from Sultan Qaboos University and qualifications including FRCPC, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada examinations in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, and American board/fellowship examinations in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology and Metabolism.
