1. Event Registration

1.1 By registering for the Oman International Pharmacy Congress & Exhibition (“the Event”), attendees agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.

1.2 Registration is subject to availability, and organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at their discretion.

1.3 Attendees are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date registration information. Any changes should be promptly communicated to the event organizers.

2. Payment and Cancellation

2.1 Payment must be made in full to secure registration. Payment details will be provided during the registration process.

2.2 Cancellations made [number of days] or more before the event will be eligible for a [percentage]% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.

2.3 The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate them in a rescheduled event or issue refunds.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the Event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion without a refund.

3.2 Harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected status will not be tolerated.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content presented at the Event, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the organizers or respective presenters.

4.2 Attendees agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any event content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

5. Photography and Recording

5.1 Photography, audio, and video recording may take place during the Event. Attendees consent to the use of their image or likeness in event-related materials.

5.2 Unauthorized recording or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

6.1 Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

6.2 The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or any other aspect without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Oman. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oman.
